SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders over $99 receive FREE SHIPPING within the USA.
Orders placed before 2:00PM Mountain Standard Time typically ship on the same day. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will generally be shipped the next business day. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days, and non-USA orders generally arrive within 5-15 business days.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?
If your order is missing any item(s) or arrives damaged upon delivery, please notify me via email within three business days of delivery. In order to file a damaged goods claim, we require photos of both the packaging and damaged merchandise.
If your order tracking shows as delivered but has not arrived, please notify us within three business days for appropriate investigation and recourse. We cannot be held responsible in cases in which we are not notified in a timely manner.
Non-USA buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
I always strive our best to keep items stocked. At times, due to the high demand for beads and low supply, I may sometimes run short on certain items. I regularly receive new shipments and some of our products may not show as stocked in the online store. If you have an urgent need for specific items, please email right away and I will check inventory as soon as possible.
